Initially, we were contacted by Rick. he’s great to work with. However, when it came time to get paid, we worked with the owner Steve and weeks went by and we just kept getting pushed off and pushed back. I would not recommend these guys. They don’t answer their phones anymore. They’ve pretty much ghosted me. I’m not totally sure why I did great labor for them and still have not been paid for any of it. Not sure what’s going on over there, but I think it’s shady to say the least I would not recommend them to anybody looking for quality service.

I bought a house with a 23 year old roof. We knew it would not live much longer.  Well the insurance company decided I needed to replace it if I wanted them to renew my policy. I checked with my realtor (Shari Huffman) and she recommended Precision. I contacted them and they had me a guy (Eli) he  came out and did everything. Communication at the start was borderline terrible. We got it caught up and it went smooth. Guys showed up at 6:30 and by noon it was finished.  Roof looks great, thank you so much. Would do business with them again.

I am writing to document my experience with the roofing services provided by your company. General Manager Rick Hamlet initially performed repairs at my residence, which unfortunately were not executed to a satisfactory standard. Despite subsequent attempts to rectify the issues, including a second round of repairs, the quality of the work remained deficient, as evidenced by displaced shingles. Called to fix an active leak in my mother’s roof. Charged $1200 to hastily caulk the chimney and replace two boots. Still leaking, not following up. Shoddy work, doesn’t follow through… I could have done what he did. Scammed my elderly mother with me keeping an eye on the work.
