Absolute worst experience with this company. Was told renovations would take 3-4 months and ended up being 18 months. Also have electrical not up to code which they ran wires over and access door for the attic area. Windows that are brand new were sticking so their bright idea was to spray them with PB Blaster so now they are all stained orange, mike the lead man sent a guy out to paint the stained areas inside the window frames so they could hide it. $14000 front door mike drilled out the latch area because it wouldn't line up so only 1 screw holds the latch in. They have now refused to reply to texts and emails plus work remotely so you can even confront them at their office.

I contacted Precision Construction when I bought a home on North Topsail. The Flood insurance was astronomical and I was told installing flood vents would bring it way down. Immediately upon contacting Precision I was met with complete professionalism and courtesy. They understood my request, gave me a reasonable quote and upon me hiring them communicated every step with me to ensure I was satisfied with the workmanship. They followed FEMA guidance to the letter for installing flood vents. I plan to use them again and again for future products. I can't say enough good things about this company, it's employees or it's customer service and response time. Thank you.

I contacted Precision Construction for repairs due to water damage. They replaced/installed tile floors, vanities, and baseboards/trims in my hallway and bathroom at a reasonable price. Mr. Alex and his crew did a wonderful job! I love how everything turned out! Also, I'd like to mention that the ladies at their office were professional and very nice. I'll definitely have them for future projects. Thank you guys!

Precision Construction installed a pocket door for me and did some other small remodeling work recently. They did a great job! Everyone was incredibly professional, on-time and the project was completed in a reasonable time period. I'll definitely use them again!

Precision Construction did a major remodel of my home. I had extensive hurricane damage. They were professional and very informative and honest on the work needed for repairs. They had great communication and met agreed upon timelines.
