HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! First of all, the customer service was top notch. The technician, Ralph, arrived within the window time; and he was very knowledgeable and honest. I contacted Precision Heating & Cooling to get a second opinion; since the first one, Horizon Services, tried to convince me to buy a new unit (8,000K). When I declined, I was told that a new fan motor would cost (1,100k). Needless to say, I didn't need any of the above, I ended up spending $75. I will definitely use this company in the future. Honesty is priceless. Thanks

Do not hire for residential work and do not buy Maytag. Precision installed new HVAC system and some ducts in our house. Furnace has always been trouble, distribution is terrible, and AC unit has died after six years. I asked about solutions after our first problems, and they said "It is what it is." Not really the answer you expect from the people who installed the system. It is in fact what they made it. Better to take your money and set it on fire than to hire Precision. The 1-star reviews here are accurate.

He came to do regular maintenance and just walked through the door without knocking. I asked him to knock next time and told me that he was told no one would be here and that he could walk in. I said that was not accurate and he told me that I should then communicate better with dispatch. I then told him I didn't like his tone and he threw up his hands and said he doesn't care if I have heat or not and left. He didn't do any of the work he was supposed to. The confusion was there are two units and one unit was no one was home and the other I was. And there was confusion about which was which. My landlord made the appointment. All he had to do was apologize and move on instead of blaming me for something i had nothing to do with. Who goes into a residential building and doesn't at least k

I've used Jeff and his team for my heating and cooling needs for many years. I've never been anything but satisfied. A few years ago I had a situation that was difficult ti diagnosis, but they kept working until they figured it out. I highly recommend them.

They did a wonderful job, very friendly, very knowledgeable and did a great job putting in my new heat/air system. Would defiantly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or new install.
