DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I hired this company to redo my office driveway and parking lot, but unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. After the work was completed, I noticed that the parking lot pooled and held water due to improper grading—it simply wasn’t pitched correctly. Communication was frustrating throughout the process, and getting someone to come back and assess the issue took multiple attempts. While they did make efforts to fix it, those attempts were unsuccessful. To make matters worse, I was later sent an estimate for $25,000 to correct their own mistake. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and costly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

TERRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT USE!!! Premier sealed 2 large driveways (one of which was a business) and a walkway for us, the FIRST time over a year ago. They promised 2 coats, and only put one. It was almost like it never dried, although the weather was perfect. If you walked on it with muddy feet, the tracks remained for months, and you could not hose even hose them off. Many large patches remained with the original asphalt showing through. OVER A YEAR LATER, they tried to "fix" the job for free. It was a scheduling nightmare, because they do not know how to schedule, and I was without business parking for 3 days instead of one. This time it is 2 coats as promised, but the seams have not dried well, and there are tire marks everywhere. We also still have the problem with dirt and mud not be
