Outstanding furnace fall check up. Totally astounded at consistent working by Fernando and his recap. I have had this performed at least 55 times and first time I was shown what was done. I hope more are able to use Premier. I will request this company for Spring air conditioning check up. I feel very secure and appreciative of this above the grade by Fernando. RUN NOW! These are not the people you want to hire to do anything in your home. So, get this: no permit, which could land them a fat fine. And turns out, their work wouldn't have passed inspection anyway. As another AC repairman told me "They put too small of an exhaust pipe on this unit. It would have overworked, crack the coil and carbon monoxide would have leaked into your house. Your family would have not woken up three years from now." Now, let's talk about appointments—or lack thereof. I waited around for them twice on Saturdays, only to get a lame excuse about being too busy. When they finally did show, it was to fix a pipe they'd messed up, leaving my basement looking like a swimming pool. Guess what? They left and did not come back. I called and asked where they were. This company installed my furnace. 4 years later I’m having a problem with it. Called to get someone to look at it. Lady on the phone was rude as could be .going on and on about how I don’t have them come out for maintenance so no warranty. I explained to her I will pay for tech to come look. She just kept on telling me it is my fault cause I didn’t do maintenance? I change the filters religiously. Company is nuts .

Furnace was not working on the coldest day of the week, with negative windchill in the Chicago area. Had 2 company come out and could fix the issue. Warranty company set me up with Premier Comfort. They responded to the work order and sent Fernando out to find out the issues. Fernando came in and looked at the furnace within in 15 to 30 minute he saw the issue, replaced the part and the heat has been running great. Shout out to Premier Comfort and my tech Fernando......
