This store has a great selection and the prices are fantastic. Todd the store manager was so nice and helpful. I actually asked if they were pet friendly so I could bring my dog, after his vet appt and he told me they were. I don't think he was expecting to see a Great Dane walk in but he was so welcoming to myself and Major. I bought flooring that day for my entire house except for one room.

Floor material is nice. They tout a lifetime warranty but once they install they disappear. Not all items paid for were installed. They don’t cover their own warranty so they pass it off to Premier flooring and absolve themselves of blame for poor customer service. They’ll tell you they’re coming out to look at issues, you wait home all day and they don’t show. Don’t believe other reviews on here. Most are employees and their families.
