If I could give them 10 stars, I would they were exemplary, cost-efficient, fast knowledgeable. I will only use these people going forward for any garage doors for my family and friends. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dishonest, sleazy. I called this company based on the good reviews because I wanted a trustworthy company to do my garage door repair. I made it crystal clear on the phone up front this is not an emergency and I can wait a few days. I was assured there was no fee for same-day service. The tech came out and gave me a quote that sounded high, but I figured it must be what it is worth, because I hired a an "trustworthy" company. Come to find out, the tech quoted and charged me DOUBLE what the job cost. I paid $600 plus tax. I had 1 spring replaced, about $100 on the high end, and 1 hour of labor. I'm a single mother who was busy with dinner at the time of repair, but when I did some simple research I found this was a $300 - $350 job. I called the office to explain my frustration. Each time

My garage door still wouldn't come up from outside. Lucky I used discover they are disputing charge. Asked for supervisor they had the same shady guy call me & try to tell me he was. Shady company. Scammer's!!

Tony was the technician who did an excellent job of repairing the broken spring on our door last night. He also did a thorough inspection and lubricated all of the door joints and wheels. He was very prompt and professional and I highly recommend this outfit. Thanks again, Tony, for a job well done!
