Jacob M. was our technician and he couldn't have been more thorough. Our heat was struggling to run in these 20 degree temps and we thought for sure it needed to be replaced. He found a couple faulty parts and replaced them as well as a filter at the unit we didn't know existed that hadn't been changed. Our heat has been able to run during this winter storm without issues and we are so thankful that Jacob came out!! We know who to call when it needs to be replaced now.

Well, so far, so good. A new build with unexpected "do overs" , but we must say, not with our PREMIER HEATING & COOLING SYSTEM...thus far. The technicians over the years have been outstanding. I've notified the company each time a service tech completed his assigned task here. Today Jacob serviced our unit's entire system. Gave a full verbal report of what was done(followup with the specifics of maintenance inspection on invoice). Jacob was super courteous. Very professional & very thorough with cleaning the outside unit. ( I usually video all projects on premises for our video library). Again, so far, so good.🙏🏻

The crew that came out to our house was very professional and so polite. The Premier guys did an outstanding job they laid drop cloths to ensure no mess and made sure me and my family had heat back in our house. I have been in the construction field my whole life and these gentlemen went above and beyond. I would recommend this company any day . 10/10 for these guys . Thanks again yall for such a wonderful job.

Had them install a mini split in my garage. Not only were they competitively prices, but the install was perfectly executed. Looks like the house was built with it from the get go. Extremely professional, very courteous, and impeccable attention to detail by the install team. Highly recommend.

I continue to be impressed with the great responsiveness and technical know-how of the plumbers that work for Premier. To say I’m satisfied with their work is an understatement! It’s easy to get an appointment. The techs show up on time. The techs are professional, courteous, know their trade. They treat your home like theirs…shoes are always covered and they clean up afterwards. I saved a lot of money by using Premier. They are the only plumber in my contacts list!!
