Kevin and Sammy did a wonderful job on our shower replacement. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and kind. Kevin kept us informed every step of the way of anything they ran into during the tear out process and completely went above and beyond in all areas of the job. They were both very respectful of our home ensuring carpet covers were in place and were extremely kind and genuinely caring, detail oriented people.

Roland arrived on time for our scheduled appointment & did an excellent job presentating, explaining and showing us the products they offer. He was very cordial, professional and there was no pressure to sign a contract after providing us with a quote, unlike many other companies. After seeing the quality of their work in the bathroom renovation they updated at my sister-in-law home, I knew we had the right company! Their lifetime warranty is really nice in the event you have any issues & is transferable when you sell your home. If you're looking to update your kitchen or bathroom, I highly recommend Premier Home Pros, you won't be disappointed! BTW, the prices are very affordable & reasonable too!

Absolutely love my bathtub to shower conversion that Premier Home Pro did for me. The installation guys were efficient, polite and did a wonderful job. My only complaint would be that there was no follow up (as promised) from the sales team to ask if I was satisfied with the work or if I had any questions or concerns. Not that I really had any - I just have never had a contracting company not follow up after any install. I would have given them five stars had someone followed up to see if I was happy with the install and most importantly, if they hadn't quoted such an outrageous price to start with that they then reduced significantly to get my business.

This is a follow up to my 5 star review of one year ago. My shower is not pitched correctly so water pools in the corner and doesn’t flow toward the drain. Additionally, I was told that Premier Home Pros would obtain any needed permits. They did not obtain a permit for the shower which is required in my city. I talked with Steve a week ago and he scheduled an inspection with me for 3/3/26. He did not come nor call. I left 2 messages on the customer service line but I have not received a response. Use extreme caution with this company and verify that permits are obtained prior to installation.

Colin was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. I highly recommend Colin to anyone looking for great service and someone they can trust!
