The salesman we spoke with was well prepared and very flexible - we found the approach refreshing after the usual sales pitches one gets. He took the time and effort to make sure we were happy with what they could offer and to make sure he was offering what we wanted. He was also very up front about scheduling the project and what sorts of issues might delay it. The product line looks to be as good or better than any of the other options on the market. Looking forward to having the job actually done.

Consultation went well, however, items we discussed and approved (flooring) were missing from the contract. Working with higher ups in the company for a resolution. I will amend my review based on those results. **UPDATE** The higher ups came through and took care of our flooring as we hoped they would. All in all, the 2 man crew did a very nice job getting the shower enclosure completed though it took a few more days than planned due to issues with a couple parts. 2 days ago, a piece of the pipe they installed as part of the shower drain just fell apart (it was too heavy with standing water in it and came apart because there was no band hanger installed so it had no support). The floor guys took care of fixing that and now they have to come back because markings were made for my heater v

Rob was very knowledgeable on the products offered and detailed on the process. They spent the time with my wife and I told fully explain what we were purchasing and made sure our color schemes was what we wanted. They took the time to make sure we were comfortable with pricing and financing as well. So glad we decided to go with Premier Home Pros.
