I can’t say enough good things about the company. We’ve been relying on “the super cool guys” at Premiere since 2017 and they have not ever let us down! Steve and his crews are the absolute best, professional and highly qualified. We are a family of architects and would never use anyone else. We highly recommend them. Most recently they replace a whole house system at my mother’s townhouse and got it done within 24 hours of our call to them. Thank you Steve!

I have the BEST service tech, his name is Mauro. He’s super friendly, punctual, respectful, does great work. He even rescues animals. He’s a HUGE asset to this company. They’re all very sweet and helpful. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Anyone who would give this company anything other than 5 stars, doesn’t know what they’re talking about. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Great company! Family owned. Steve and Jackie took great care of us. We noticed our upstairs unit was on its last leg and using the old freon. We decided it was time for an upgrade. They gave me straight forward pricing without the song and dance part of it. Would definitely recommend Premier to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Excellent service… even liked my dog!!

Multiple service calls for the same issue, over $1,000 in labor charges, and the problem was never fixed. Warranty coverage I was told I had was not honored. Another contractor later found the condenser coil was still dirty despite Premiere saying it had been cleaned. Repeated calls for help went unanswered. My experience was poor workmanship, poor communication, and no accountability.
