I engaged Premier Plumbers for a water leak and an aerator issue with a faucet. In both cases, Gary handled the service. He clearly explained where the water leak was, why it occurred, and what caused the aerator issue. He was very knowledgeable and completed the work within minutes. Two thumbs up!!! I would also like to thank the management team for following up and scheduling the service within 24 hours of my initial request.

Dustin came out during this freeze over to help us get our main drain draining again. Found a water bottle in the pipe and got it out, toughed out to the cold for a while and got it done, thank you guys and big shout out to Dustin!

Scott from PPoT drove two hours on a Friday night to unplug our septic pipes. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it within minutes. He was one of the most polite, friendly and happiest people I’ve ever met. I would use him again without hesitation. We worked with Premier Plumbers of Texas through Bloomfield Homes. Mr. Sanchez helped us through a challenging issue, which was otherwise impossible to resolve with a vendor. His professionalism and perseverance were the key in reaching to the conclusion and replacement of the third party product by its vendor. Although we haven't seen the team behind allocating Sanchez to our problem, I'm sure this is how the whole company works and we would like to thank them all from Premier Plumbers!
