Said they would come to my house Thursday or Friday and let me know which day and time. No show. No response to my phone call or email. I understand these are difficult times for many reasons but I founded a 30 person architectural firm and always returned a phone call within 24 hours. If we were too busy, I told the caller and offered the name and contact for another architectural firm. If we were not the appropriate architectural firm, I told them so and if possible, gave them the name and contact of another firm. That’s professionalism. If we had a meeting. We showed up on time or called to explain the reason for the delay. There is no excuse for poor service.
