Prestige Carpet of Daytona

We recently hired Prestige carpet. The "team" starting with Amy in the office, Installers, Doug and Joanne went out of their way to make sure the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend Prestige for all your flooring needs.

Our experience with Prestige Carpet last week was definitely 5 Star. The process with Aimee was flawless, the product was as expected, and the installers were highly qualified. The installers left our home spotless and cleaned up all work debris.

A 5-star rating is far too low, Prestige Carpet deserves a 10 plus rating. We walked in the door and were greeted by Aim and her big smile cheerfully saying “Hi, how can I help”. After being flooded from Hurricane Ian we needed flooring – anything but carpet. Aime walked us through the choices and those choices were vast. She showed us a LVP that was just perfect. Finley came out the next day to measure. Even with boxes stacked from floor to ceiling that were left by the water mitigation company in several rooms he was able to get a perfect spot-on measurement. Finally, after several delays due to contractor timing and health issues our flooring was installed last week, and it is BEAUTIFUL. The installation was done to perfection by Mike and his crew. We looked at lots of flooring places and decided on prestige because I think they have the best installers. They are so nice and easy to work with. They do what they say they will do and they always show up on time. My floor is being finished right now and it looks great. Unfortunately, I had a low budget but they are making my cheap floor look good. I will never use a home improvement place again! Prestige is awesome and I highly recommend them.
