I could not have been happier with the work, care, and dedication done for me by Ron. I had a new sink faucet that needed installed along with a few shut off valves that needed replaced. Ron at Prism Co went above and beyond my expectations and not only did the replacements needed but also improved a lot of the plumbing currently installed with an updated/long term solution. Ron ran into multiple complications that caused trips to multiple hardware stores without a punishment to me by increasing charges, which you don't usually see. He also stayed much later than expected to guarantee the job was done right and no further issues would arise. I highly recommend using Ron and Prism Co.'s services if you are in need.

I hate leaving a bad review as Ron seemed like a great guy, but we had such a negative experience and hope to save others from it. We have been disappointed by the lack of communication, multiple no shows without any word, and seemingly little respect despite the project costing a lot of money. We paid to have drywall repaired after wallpaper removal and he first said the job was “complete” and there were still huge patches that were completely untouched, rough, and some that were never even sanded. We had him come back to fix the rest and he did eventually return and applied skim coat, but kept not showing up to finish the job with sanding and finishing.
