The owner schedules all the jobs. He has no qualms about moving your job over and over without much concern. Acts like his time and money is more important than yours. Moved my job multiple times finally showed up with the wrong materials for some stuff and wasn’t prepared to do other things listed in the estimate. When I complained he was full of excuses and told me he was losing money and did not act the least bit apologetic. When I persisted that this is all his doing why are you complaining to me he hung up the phone on me and refused to finish my job that I paid him 50%. The lawn mowing is adequate but always had to leaf blow after they left because they would blow everything towards my garage door and front door. I have used this company for the past 2 years to cut the grass at a home we rent. They have had their share of issues as they could not hire sufficient individuals to service their clients. They have neglected our job, stating that they did not receive our check when in fact their manager neglected to attach the bill to an email she sent to me. once I spoke to her she sent me another email attaching a bill which included 2 cuts for August which were not done. I contacted them and was told that they received my check but that in order for them to cut the grass now, as we are moving out ,we needed to leave a check in the mailbox. Considering they were never stuck for a dime, I thought that was very poor business stating that "money was their moto, not customer service. I indicated to the man

Hired for edging/mulching. Matt & team are professional/courteous, delivered great work at a fair price. Would hire again & recommend to others.

The actual work the crew did was OK, but the office staff was very rude & totally disorganized. Horrible customer sevice. I will never use Pristine Green again.
