A friend recommended Mitch to diagnose my AC problem. Bigggg mistake. Mitch didn't repair my unit as promised. Mitch not an honest guy only talk. He promised to come back and recheck Freon never returned. I called Mitch and cussed me out but apologize later. Same phone conversation Mitch started using profanity again. Mitch need his license revoked and never touch another AC unit

DO NOT USE MORONS. Have never heard such ingnorance come out of someones mouth in my life. Take advantage of homeowners at every turn, have no idea what they are doing and drag everything out just to make more money. DO NOT USE DO NOT USE! 1st time they came out they did nothing because I did not provide them with a ladder to get to my AC unit in my attic. I showed them how I climb up there but he said he was not doing that, and it was my job to provide a ladder. 2nd time they came out (with ladder) . My home is 85 degrees because AC is not working and keeps freezing over, BUT I was told that AC units are designed to only make it 15 degrees cooler then what it is outside!! So since its 100 outside that it was working fine. I agrued with him and he told me that I would have to call when

I would not recommend this company. This company installed a heating/cooling system in my home exactly 4 years ago and now it is not working. After calling several times and leaving messages, I finally was able to speak with the technician the following morning. I explained to him that it had gotten up to 92 degrees in my home the previous day and since they installed it, the should still be a warranty on it. His response made absolutely no sense, so I asked some questions to clarify what he was saying. Basically, he refused to service the system which he installed only a few years ago. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Terrible service. They have been trying to fix my ac for the past 3 weeks and no success they charged over 800 dollars for something that didnt get the problem fixed and then were totally unresponsive when i called back to have them come back out. After we finally got them back to the house, they never called to let us know what the issue was (we had somebody let them in). DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
