Rod was wonderful. He knows what he is doing and explains everything. I highly recommend Pro-Tech Appliance! I will use them whenever I have a appliance repair.

Rod was efficient, professional, friendly, and informative. He did a great job cleaning my dishwasher and gave lots of tips for using it in the future. He also checked on my washer, dryer, fridge, and oven while here to make sure I didn’t need help with those. Highly recommend!!
