Progressive Heating, Air and Plumbing

This is the 3rd company I called to come and look at our commercial units. Over the past 2 YEARS we've been without heat and air on one of our units (theyre all combined). This caused the other 2 ACs to work extra hard and with the cold this winter we couldn't keep holding off, but I was justifiably worried about calling another company, until I saw Progressive fix our neighbors unit. From the first phone call to the final goodbye this was a very pleasant experience with the final bill coming out cheaper than I'd expected! We had been scammed by one company (A Ok! Heat and air ripped our wall open and stole an entire roll of thermostat wire, just an fyi). My tech Donovan (the guy with the killer mustache) was very communicative about every step of the process. HVAC system died. Progress came out next day and diagnosed the issue. It was going to cost more to fix than a 14 year old system was worth. They quoted a new system the next day with several options. We made a decision and they were out a couple of days later to install a completely new system. They arrived on time, worked all day and did a great job. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. Can't ask for more.

Once again, they took care of our needs, text before arriving, extremely nice and very professional. Update 10/23/24-always great regular service and when something is wrong they are FAST to get to us.... HOWEVER finding a very COSTLY system continues to clogg and puddles under the house on top of the vapor barrier. When it's NOT clogged up, it after drains so much it leaves our path to the back yard like a swamp. The puddle and what finally came out when our technician got it unclogged. #BRINGKNEEHIGHBOOTS 2-5-25 Update- system continues to clogg up but fast response and they are working on another solution! *UPDATE* We had our yearly heating service done after Chuck came to fix our upstairs furnace and the tech found out in a very scary manner that we needed to replace both our furnaces. In the process we replaced our old A/C unit as well. So that Thursday of our findings the tech called and we were on the schedule for the following Monday. 2 days later we have 2 new furnaces a new A/C unit and larger duct and peace of mind that we won’t have a disaster to deal with. All of this was done 2 days before company was arriving for Thanksgiving!! Well done Progressive!! We are so happy with our decision to switch to them!! Excellent Service from Progressive! I recently had Progressive Air and Heat repair my HVAC unit, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional and efficient. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way, and scheduling appointments with their technicians was fast. They were very quick to respond and accommodating of my schedule. The technicians themselves were not only fast and effective in their repair work, but they also left my house clean after the repair, which is always a huge plus.
