Sean was able to quickly diagnose my gas range problem Kenmore Elite slide in (ignitor issue) as well as quickly diagnose my Whirlpool Cabrio gas dryer problem (rollers and belt). Would recommend him as a dependable, straightforward local business with no upsell or pressure.

Sean is no joke, we called him And he came when said he would come. With in 3minutes he diagnosed the problem with my dryer and it was fixed ten minutes later, I mentioned some problem with my washer and five minutes later it was fixed. He is more than reasonable and fair. He made me feel welcome in my own home and that says a lot for his personality and customer service. This was an overall outstanding experience. We found an experienced and reliable service tech and we plan on putting his business card magnet on the fridge. Thank you Sean.
