Propane Plus Heating & Cooling

I am writing this to warn other homeowners about the gross negligence I experienced with Propane Plus. My home that I purchased less than a month ago, was unable to maintain temperatures above 55–57°F, significantly below the state legal habitability standard of 68°F. Despite two separate service calls sending Anthony Watts, this company’s "expertise" cost my family over $1,300 in unnecessary expenses and weeks of hardship. The Failure of Due Diligence: During the first visit, the technician dismissed our concerns, claiming the unit was "fine" and that the cold was simply due to having an "old house." I was charged $300 for this dismissive and incorrect assessment. When the issue persisted and I called them back for a second look, the technician performed a combustion test and again insis

Took the day off of being with my dad in hospice to wait at home for my service appointment. They couldn’t give me a timing window, just said “afternoon”. Mid afternoon I got a call saying they were asking for volunteers to move their appointment. I explained I couldn’t move my appointment because I couldn’t take off more time away from my dad. Then they told me they couldn’t actually come that day. Why even ask for “volunteers” if you’re going to cancel my appointment? I called back later to cancel the rescheduled service for the next morning. When asked if they did something wrong, I explained the situation, and they hung up on me mid-conversation. No service and no empathy. Hard pass.

As a long-time customer, I am consistently satisfied with the services offered by Propane Plus. It's always a pleasure to see Anthony for our yearly maintenance, as he communicates effectively and keeps us updated throughout the day.

Propane plus is an excellent company with great service and well trained technicians. The office staff is excellent, friendly, professional and efficient. If you are looking for a propane company, it would be a great move to have Propane Plus as your propane company.
