Ed was FANTASTIC to work with! We had some issues installing a ceiling fan ourselves due to an outdated bracket needed to hang the fan. We called Proper T yesterday and he came out today to fix it and did a MARVELOUS job! Will highly recommend moving forward!

I used Proper T Care LLC to replace the discharge pipe on my new LG Washer because the original one was too short to reach my utility tub. I thought it would be a simple switch off, but it was a bit more complicated than that. Eddie took time to explain during each step of the way of what was taking place, the leveling of the machine, and testing afterwards to see that the machine was stable when going through the spin cycle. The price was very reasonable and I am totally satisfied with the service.
