We recently purchased flooring from ProSource Wholesale of Greenville and had a wonderful experience. Emily was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She went above and beyond by reaching out to a new supplier to obtain samples of a specific flooring we were interested in, which we truly appreciated. She was always timely in her responses, offered helpful advice throughout the decision process, and worked with us on pricing to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Went in with what I would think was a simple request to replace a broken draw box for Kitchen drawer. This was on December 12th. After one phone call and a few text messages I still don’t have a solution. (Note attached text messages) Not sure how this place has a 4.9 review average. Went elsewhere and in three days had a new draw box. I would have preferred sorry can’t help you out. Done. Really don’t care about how many requests they have waiting for rep to follow up on. BTW I certainly wouldn’t text a customer that. Should be ZERO stars.

If you're looking for quality sources for home building and renovations, or replacements this store has so much to offer. I had several choices in floor, wall, and cabinet coverings. Don't be intimidated by the wholesale signs, these people are friendly and helpful. Many brands available!

I really had a wonderful experience at ProSource! Location - great location> easy to get to off Pelham or Hwy 14 near I-85 Parking - ample Service - Great and knowledgeable customer service Stock - a HUGE amount of inventory with a great variety of choices to fit every budget imaginable Value - excellent value (you just pick whatever you wish for and your GC or installer takes care of the rest) Carol was so helpful and informative
