The team was very professional, on time, well prepared and knowledgeable. They assessed our attic “plumbing leak” as not a pipe at all. I was 100% convinced that it was due to a series of coincidences that pointed to a frozen burst pipe. After thorough inspection of the attic space and multiple walk around of the property and roof inspection. The issue was found to be a roof defect in our new home. Video and photos were taken. So that there was absolutely no doubt they did a pressure test, and when the water was at full pressure, there was no leaks. However, the ceiling stopped dripping while at full pressure. We recently used Protex to remove and then reinstall a garbage disposal so our sink could be repaired. The plumbers were prompt and professional. Communication with Protex was great and they went out of their way to ensure the job was done quickly. I highly recommend them.

Milad was great! Friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He may have also saved our Dog a trip to the vet when he noticed she was squaring off with a raccoon in our back yard while working on an issue at our kitchen sink! Giving him a sixth star for that!

ProTex is a my first choice. Knowledgeable techs, friendly service, and fair pricing. They did a water heater draining for me and then replaced a release valve. I know down the road I'll have to replace my 10 year old water heater and Protex is who I'll call.
