The guys did a great job repairing our chimney and installing a new insert. The team was really easy to communicate with and ask questions of, as the work was being done, giving me the knowledge to operate comfortably and safely. Will definitely be calling again for all needs.

Ideal service provided by Prouty’s. Had them out for a sweep and level 2 inspection, and they made unbelievably quick work of it even with me bothering them with best practice questions and curious chat. Kenny and Jayce were accommodating, helpful and friendly as could be. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

From the introductory handshake before the evaluation I felt that Prouty’s was a company I could trust. The overall price for the job was competitive, but it was the thoroughly presented quote and scope of work that convinced me that Prouty’s was the best choice. The level of communication provided answers to any questions I had about the scheduling and the work to be completed. On the day of the repairs the crew showed up on time and got straight to the task. They were very conscientious as the lift was set into place and respectful of the yard and landscaping. There were several touch points during the job and each crew member was well versed and able to explain each stage to me. Prouty’s saved Christmas! After being essentially ghosted by our old chimney sweep/fireplace company and then quoted an outrageous price for necessary repairs, Prouty’s came through at a very reasonable cost. It’s easily one of the best investments we’ve made... keeps the place perfectly warm and gives that cozy cabin feel we were after. Today, their team came out for routine maintenance and a full chimney sweep and cleaning. The two gentlemen were ridiculously professional, extremely congenial, and honestly just fun to have around.
