They were going to tear this down two years back. Along with a house and a bar. I saw no need. The garage is good as it is and you don't break something only to fix it.

If it snows, they dont plow the entrance at all, it was trash getting in and out all week, they dont enforce the head in parking, and I've seen so many people without handicaped placards parked in the spots this year it sickens me.

As always, a great place to park my car when I am in and about this downtown place.

ridiculous pricing that gets jacked up anytime there’s a penn state game and they’ll ticket you any chance they get for even more money. parked for only 36 hours and paid $70. it’s also unkept and disgusting inside. the elevator jolts up and down and they do not clean anything. don’t support these scammers.
