Rebecca and Tim did the paper works, suctions all the water that day.great, reliable and doing a great job. Also Josue Sosa and his team did took all the carpet , damage baseboard and the rest . Make follow ups putting all those machines and blower to make sure was taken care of. Flooded basement due to frozen pipe and burst. They are reliable and did a great job. Thanks

They were very professional and went to work to partition off the work area to eliminate any possible contamination of any other room in the house. Rebecca and Tim from PuroClean made the whole procedure of paperwork and project fulfillment effortless and Sammy removing all the water damaged areas. This is something my stress level appreciated after my upstair neighbor's refrigerator water line leaked and damaged my condo. The dry walling and painting repair was excellent. The cabinetry, I felt would have benefited from someone with more expertise in cabinet repair.

Update - Repairs were made. Literally looks like there was never any water damage and David and his team made my ceiling and walls look better than when my home was first built. Amazingly skilled professionals! Ed and his team are amazing! Dealing with water damage is alarming and nerve wrecking. Ed was able to come out and assess the water damage and then provide a well thought out plan to move forward to make the necessary repairs. Great company and looking forward to working with him and his team to get my ceilings repaired!

I would like to share my experience with Allstate’s mitigation contractor Puro Clean after I had a water leak in our basement. Dennis, Tim, Josue, Robert were the first responders. Josue and Robert did them actual demo/floor removal. Then Josue remained in contact after the source was identified and fixed. Josue brought in dehumidifiers and fans to dry the area, removed the flush tank/seat and the vanity, removed the damaged baseboards and cut the flood-wall all along the affected area. This all started 2/19/2025, finally today, Josue returned to our home, removed some 9 blower (the included the dehumidifier) and confirmed that the area is dry now.
