The experience we had with PuroClean was excellent. We had a passing of a tenant. The stresses of dealing with it was understood and they were so gentle and comforting with the situation. They did an amazing job and you couldn’t believe the change from beginning to end. You could not tell or even explain the extent of the work that was done. I would definitely recommend anyone to use them. The service and communication are amazing. Stella is super sweet and makes sure all your needs are understood and met. Great work, great attitude. Very compassionate people. If I could give it a 10 star I would.

We have a large multi-generational home, nearly 10k square feet. Puroclean came out and gave us a thorough (reasonable) estimate, then followed through flawlessly with a big time deep clean. Stella and Luis were great to communicate with- and every worker was trustworthy, focused, and non-judgmental. I can’t recommend this company enough, especially if you’re doing a big clean, reno or move.

It's been a year and a half...Completely forgot to right a review but the sentiment has not changed. We bought a home site unseen. We we came to see the house the wood stove was fired up and the gloominess masked a load of problems. It all came to light the day of closing. The house was smoked in for 39 years!!! We contacted several companies. PUROclean were by far the most responsive, professional, and competitively priced. I dealt with Sean. He let me know how it would be handled and took me step by step while I was long distance. He also made suggestions on what we should do, which my husband did immediately. There was a minor concern, they came right back and handled it. We were finally able to prime walls and paint. We got an airpurifier that read air quality. Read showed no tox

Punctual, responsive, and respectful. Couldn't have asked for better fencing/storm damage service from Aaron, Luis, and Francisco. They all went above and beyond for our situation. This team made a lasting impression with their punctuality and attention to detail which was very reassuring to see through the process. Stella handles open communication very well and we appreciate everyone's patience with our 1million questions and your diligent hard work!! Thank you all for giving us a backyard again!!

We used PuroClean for a much needed cleaning of our HVAC systems and ducts. Shawn and his techs were responsive, professional, and did a thorough job. The price was extremely reasonable for the amount of work done. I would not hesitate to use them again for any of their services!
