PuroClean Seattle Landmark District

My dishwasher sprung a leak and I suspected water penetrating the floor. I called PuroClean to investigate. They determined I did need to perform a drying service. From the start they were super helpful in the investigation, talks with insurance and answered every question I had. They followed up very promptly with regular check ins. Every team member who entered my house was professional (Robert, Travis, Jeremy, Alejandro). The work they did was great and in a few days my area was dried and ready for rebuild. I can’t say enough good things about the crew and the work they did.

I had the most amazing experience with PuroClean. Melissa called me and let me know all the details of what is expected of the cleanup and how they will work with me to get everything sorted with insurance. She was so helpful and kind and answered all my questions and concerns and got a team out here as soon as possible. The team was Travis and Oleg, and they were absolutely incredible! They called and let me know when they were coming and exactly the work they would be doing and what is expected of my home. PuroClean sent a technician (Travis) out to my home today for assessment of possible restoration for suspected water damage due to plumbing leaks. Travis was very thorough with inspecting and providing his assessment. I was especially impressed with his attention to detail, technical knowledge and communication skills. I highly recommend Travis and PuroClean based on my experience and will be contacting them again should the need arise.
