Very pleased with service. I called this morning and Nick was here within the hour. He was pleasant and fixed my washer in no time. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I have older parents and unfortunately one is very sick with cancer, so I have taken over their household responsibilities. Their refrigerator started leaking, making a weird noise, and icing up; the ice maker also stopped working a few months prior. I know that my parents have used Purcells in the past so I gave them a call. Steve came out and assured me that replacing the motherboard for over $300 dollars would fix my issue, he also reassured me that if issues persisted that he would come right back out. After agreeing to replace the motherboard as suggested, a few days after the same exact issues were still going on. Steve came back out twice more and brought a hair dryer in and defrosted the ice up and left, both times. Both of those visits were within
