Putnam Valley Petroleum

We just had an issue with a zone not calling for heat in our house. Jorge & Ryan were our technicians. They changed a few components that were causing the issue. They were here for multiple hours in a bad storm. Both went above and beyond and just really great guys.

These guys truly care about all customers! I have never had a company help me the way Putnam Valley Petroleum has in over 20 years. I want to thank them for keeping my apartment warm during this bitter cold! Much respect to the drivers, the technicians, managers and all employees. Highly recommended!!!

The staff at Putnam Valley Petroleum is always polite and responsive. Recently, we needed some extra service and, between the Office Assistant and the Service Manager, our request was respected and honored in a timely manner. Those who operate the delivery trucks are pleasant and efficient, and our interactions with the furnace service techs is always satisfactory. We are happy to have Putnam Valley Petroleum as part of our home service team!
