Good commutation with project manger but the workers that came were sloppy. Left behind acoustic ceiling dust on floor and furniture, moved heavy furniture and didn’t move it back, and did a good bit of damage to my ceiling. They had to stray from the original plan and did not talk to me about it first. They offered a small discount but the office passed me around for weeks claiming they would call me back to resolve the issue but never did.

For my 5-Star Google review of this company that I had to unfortunately deal with in my situation, I was incredibly lucky to find these guys. From the moment I called them, they quickly answered the phone, I told them my specific situation and it was clearly understood. Susan came out immediately and walked through my entire asbestos positive popcorn ceiling home. I will definitely say that Susan is an expert in the field and understood every concern I had, creating a game plan for abatement that was easily understood. The next day, her company came out and set up the area for abatement and within two solid days, the job was done, completely passing the retesting from a separate company. I wouldn’t recommend this business to my worst enemy. They came in for asbestos mitigation via an insurance claim at my house. Prior to them doing their job a plumber had to cut exterior stucco for leak mitigation. When PW Stephens did the interior wall cuts to eliminate the water in dry wall they left the hole on the other side wide open without telling me. They sealed the area off so I couldn’t see that the kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom, and attic was exposed to the outdoors. Due to this, rats came into my house and PW Stephens just said someone should have sealed the exterior wall prior to them doing their job. If they had any professional standards they would have at least told me they left the hole open so I could have done something. Another contractor at the house was so

While we are in California, we are renting a home and the heater went out. Of course it’s an old house so there was asbestos. The house owner hired this company to come and remove the asbestos up in the attic. Edwin Chavarria (24 yrs with this company)was absolutely outstanding! He was very polite, told me right away how long it would take, and he and his partner did a very good job cleaning up. He told us he does his job in every house like it was a family member. My wife was so impressed, she gave both of them some of her homemade chocolate chip cookies. When the air conditioning company came back to put in the new air ducts, they said nothing about their still being asbestos in the attic. That leads me to believe they did their job.
