Quality Carpets is THE BEST! From the moment we walked in Kim took great care of us. She's a bit of a character which just served to make a normally draining process fun. She listened to our needs and made some great recommendations. We were given a preliminary estimate and a gentleman came over to measure... and the price actually went down a little. Our carpet came in on time and they worked around our schedule for installation. The installers (company men, not subcontractors) were fantastic. They ripped out the old carpet, laid the pad and new carpet and cleaned up in about 2 hours for a fairly large room. Support local. Kim and Quality Carpets does it right!

A friend of mine needed carpeting. So I called and talked to Kim and within minutes. She had been the type of carhe was looking for and texted it to me with a picture. I sent. Her the measurements for him earlier. It was in 2 weeks it was installed. They did a wonderful job. It's a great place kim is wonderful. My friend loves the carpet and says they did a terrific job installing it.

All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Kim is great, explained her products and guided us in the right direction, making sure we knew what we wanted and didn't over pay. Installation was quick and easy.

Very poor customer service just like all the other reviews. Guy came to do an estimate for the whole house. We asked for a room by room breakdown so we could plan our budget and do a few rooms at a time. He did not do that. Nor did anybody send the estimate. Had to call for that. Then when it was sent it was not a room by room breakdown. So I asked for it but the gentleman was on vacation. Called back a week later and she said he was still on vacation. Called back 4 weeks later and they said he just got back this morning and he can send it tomorrow. Dude had a nice month vacation apparently lol. Use another place.
