The only install new railings, they won’t repair anything. So not really a railing contractor, just a railing installer. Not worth the time.

One of their drivers cut me off on the gas station, blocked 4 columns and when I asked him to move his truck, he turned his head.

I purchased a new build DRB townhome and RFMetals was the contactor for the metal canopy. The canopy was unmounted, scratched, and incorrectly remounted by another DRB tradesperson. RFMetals was dispatched to repair. The "professional" RFMetals paint job consisted of using a can of spray paint over the existing powder coating gloss paint. This resulted in an uneven, cheap looking finished product, with an appearance worse than the original scratched finish (photo attached). In addition, mismatched exterior hardware was installed during the repair, and several of the bolts began rusting shortly afterward (photo attached).
