Jim and his helper arrived on time to replace the corroded cast iron pipe in our house. The project was a little bit more complicated due to the pipe placement. His experience enabled him to think outside the box for a suitable solution to the problem. We are happy with the work done. The price quoted for the project was very fair.

I called Jim on a Monday afternoon requesting a water heater replacement because ours was kaput. He was at our house two days later on Wednesday morning at the time he said he’d be there, replaced the water heater in 1.5 hours and was very professional. I’d highly recommend R & S for your plumbing needs.

I had a huge list of repairs, (I needed a replaced trap, a new water heater, replaced washer valves, the clodded shower drain and humidifier drain rodded, shower heads replaced) and Jim fixed them all. He also replaced a valve (out of code) on my humidifier that my heating contractor had put in. He answered all my questions, was on time and overall a really nice person.

Initially was happy with your service. It took longer because you got our street address and phone number wrong, but it all worked out. However, we never got a bill (due to the sewer work being contracted). Late last month, finally got a bill (with the street address still wrong, thank you USPS for being able to figure out where to get the bill though!), asking for payment. Planned to pay this month after getting paid. Today, a woman shows up at my house while I'm away demanding payment from my wife, saying that they've called and mailed multiple times trying to reach me. Checked my work and cell, no records of any calls at that number, and no voicemails from R&S, most likely you never corrected the phone number in your system. We paid, and I contacted R&S privately by email asking

If this idiot's driving is any indication of the work he does, run the other way. Reckless as can be in his white van and company name plastered on the side.
