R.A. Lee Electric

R.A. Lee Electric's team installed many light fixtures in our home. Will, Jack and Jacob did an excellent job, and they were very professional and polite. I highly recommend this company.

They came and swapped out a part for my hood ventilation system. Did not fix the issue, and left for another job they had scheduled for the day which was understandable.. then I call them back to have them finish the job and they tell me they are starting a big job so they are going to have to schedule me in 4-6 weeks.. So little jobs I guess do not matter when you have a big job starting. Not recommended.

A+++++++++++++++++!!!!! To get an estimate, expect someone to be there at least 15 minutes earlier than the time agreed. On the day of service, expect 1 hour earlier. Thorough understanding of the work done? Expect it!! The gentleman who came to do the work we needed went above and beyond making sure EVERYTHING was done correctly. I can't thank Caleb and Tommy enough for their patience and attention to detail! THANK YOU ALL!!!!!!

Don't do business with these people. As you can see, they close at 4:00. Their excuse was they don't have an open door policy, as I was told on the phone after the incident, but on their vehicles it says residential and commercial. I knocked on the door at 3:52 and they stood at the door window looking out looking at me like I was a criminal.They asked what do you want and refused to open the door. I said I would like some service done and they kept looking at me like I was a criminal, and mean mugging me. So it was obvious that they didn't want to do business. THEY ARE NOT VERY GOOD WITH DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC.

We called R.A. Lee after another company couldn't fix our electrical issue. The team was extremely professional, efficient and ended up diagnosing the problem in roughly 15 min. It's great to work with a company that's skilled and you can trust. Wish we called them sooner.
