Rainbow International of Beltsville

I had an extremely negative experience with Rainbow International. After hiring them, I was overcharged, and without proper resolution or communication, they garnished my bank account, which caused significant financial hardship. What makes this even worse is that my home is still under construction, and I have not yet received all of my insurance proceeds. Despite knowing this, Rainbow International continued to pursue payment aggressively instead of working with me in good faith or offering reasonable solutions. Their billing practices were unclear, their communication was poor, and the stress this situation caused my family was completely unnecessary. I trusted them during a very difficult time, and that trust was not respected. I would not recommend Rainbow International to anyone deal

The work got done on a townhome we had. We paid them. Now 9 months plus later they try and charge me more money. All along my spider sense told me not to trust this company. How are they able to try and charge me more money 9 months later. Horrid and utter rip off. Stay far away folks.

Mitigation Lead Joe Martin was very knowledgeable, quick, and courteous throughout the entire process from gaining certian approvals through my insurance carrier to drying out my property. I would highly recommend Rainbow International should you need water Mitigation services.

Lauren, the manager, is the sweetest most knowledgeable person I've spoken with when compared to dealing with their competitors. They are honest about what they do and don't do but what they DO specialize in is truly not offered by other similar companies. Their inventory process is unbeatable because it is meticulous and everything is client-centered

They did a fantastic job taking care of my water/mold damaged basement. Extremely knowledgeable and explained each part of their process. Very thorough in finding, removing, and treating mold. They worked very efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and were respectful of my property. I would not hesitate to recommend them anyone in my predicament.
