Rainbow Sprinklers & Drainage

Rainbow just completed my sprinkler installation and I couldn't be happier. They were exceptionally thorough and did a fantastic job. The lead installer Jeremy explained exactly what they were doing and took the time to walk me through the setup and configuration of the system in the app and confirmed that everything was working as expected. From initial quote and scheduling through installation and setup, the entire team at Rainbow have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend Rainbow to anyone looking for a new irrigation system.

We have been using Rainbow Sprinklers since buying our home 13 years ago. Always been pleased. However, this week their customer service was put to the test. They scored an A+. During winterization, damage was done to our home's waste line. It was discovered the next day. They were at my house within a hour of my phone call to them. RS&D covered the cost of the repair by my plumber. More importantly; they were pleasant, apologized and immediately corrected the problem without issue. They have 100% earned my trust and respect. I am a very happy customer.

What a joke. Multiple screwups over the last three years. Latest one? Not returning two calls for winterization, and when they finally did call back to schedule it, they DID THE SERVICE AT THE WRONG HOUSE. Called to complain. No call back. Never using again. Called a different company.

I would never recommend anyone to this company and would highly suggest to use anyone else besides them for sprinklers services. I reached out to them to get my system serviced. We had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks, an hour before the time of arrival they call and cancel. They then push me out another 10 days. The night before they were supposed to come I get a call canceling again saying they won’t be coming out. The previous owner who ran this did a good job. New owner has no idea what he is doing. Save yourself the headache and just go with another company.

Rainbow Sprinklers is fantastic to work with. From the estimator who came and met with us to the office staff who coordinated the permit and scheduling to the installers. Everyone was fantastic to work with. Install was smooth. Crew was very neat, professional and did a great job! I would highly recommend them.
