Rainy Days Irrigation

Luis has been out to my house twice in the past few months helping me correct some issues on a very old irrigation system. So old that tree roots are growing over the places he needs to get into! He explains everything to me and helps me make good decisions about what I want to do next. I plan on doing some larger work on this system in the near future (updating old heads, new hardware, some moves, etc.), and I will be asking for him specifically to come back out and work with me on this. He has completely earned my trust. Thanks!

I had the pleasure of meeting Luis yesterday for a maintenance appointment. He was thorough in his evaluation and determined to make sure I was satisfied with how the whole system was working. Luis came to help diagnose a couple issues with my irrigation system. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the issues and made the repairs to get our system up and running. Will request Luis for any future needs.

I recently notified Rainy Days Irrigation by mail to cease all services, including the annual set up and shut down services. Almost 14th years ago, Rainy Days installed a complete underground irrigation system at our new home. Things went well with the company for a decade. The company had a personal touch and served the needs of our extensive flower and shrub garden. Sadly, in recent years I've become an anonymous account number. Communication from the company has evolved now evolved from lackluster to nonexistent. For example, on October 24, 2024, after a 10 day period of drought and the weather forecast predicting at least another week, I observed a Rainy Days employee (arriving in a Greenworks van) completing the shutdown of my irrigation system. No advance notice once again, and

I have been completely satisfied with their prompt service and quality of work. Nava, one of their service tech’s has been to our home many times and is very knowledgeable and he takes time to answer my questions and I feel great with my choice to have Rainy Day Irrigation install my system.
