Skip showed up. Was very polite and easy to work with. Then ghosted me. I called and talked to the receptionist who was very nice. No one ever got back to me with a quote despite multiple calls to them. If you don't want my business, just tell me so I can find someone who wants my money

Called company directly - no one answered so I left a message. No call back in 2 days. Called corporate and provided information to receive a quote. They promised to have Ram Jack Ohio contact me. Still no call back.

We hired Ram Jack to stabilize our foundation on multiple sides. Jack, the sales rep, was great to work with and walked us through all the steps and told us what to expect and when. The work took a total of 4 days to do 10 piers and replace a large amount of concrete. The crew was extremely professional. They informed us of what was going on and how everything was going. Even when an issue can up, they let us know right away and provided us with multiple options on how to solve the issue. They cleaned up after themselves nightly and did an extremely good job cleaning up the entire yard at the end of the project. I would highly recommend them to Ram Jack.

First appointment scheduled on Aug 8 at 10:30 to come out to give an estimate on a cracked slab that was sinking. I took the morning off of work to be there. The man calls at 10:15 and says, if you are just looking to mud jack the slab I can refer you to somebody else. I explained that the appt. was to come see if that is what I need or if piers should be added. He said, well I’m not going to make it out now today so we need to reschedule, annoyed, I setup another appointment for Aug 14 at noon so I could just take a longer lunch. He never showed, no call, no nothing. Horrible! Definitely do not recommend them, unless you just want to waste your time.

The receptionist setup a 10:00 am appointment. Pete called a couple days later stating that I need more work than I expected and to call him back. I need an entire new foundation. Idk what more he thinks I need without looking at it. How much more work could there be? Never answered his phone or called me back. Can’t even get anyone to answer the office phone. Hopefully they all quit or were fired. Nobody showed for the appointment either. Wasted vacation day.
