RAM Restoration

We had water damage from a water leak and Ram was recommended by the insurance company. Joe did a great job getting the ball rolling on the repairs once approved by the insurance company, he even coordinated the replacement of ceiling insulation after asbestos abatement was completed by another company. LeeAnn helped coordinate everything from pack out, start times for the sub contractors. Irma and her team carefully packed our household goods as if they were their own property and had everything unpacked quickly and carefully. Jim went above and beyond ensuring everything was perfect. We had a washer leak on a Sunday and had to call for mitigation and dry out. Found Ram on google and they were at our house within an hour, Joe did the most thorough evaluation then a full team was there within another hour and spent until 11PM at night on three levels of our home setting up the equipment to save as much as they could. AJ and Will started the work and did an amazing job for it being the middle of the night! Kyle and Ray came throughout the week to double check and were very kind and helpful! A massive shoutout to AJ and Cesar who came more than once to our home over the last week to mitigate and renovate for further dryout. in the morning, Chris Young came by on time and prepared. He scoped the work and had a plan to manage the work. Later Trevor M and Connor H arrived ready to make my home livable and prepared for a plumber repair. These two were excellent as well. They put up a barrier and removed the compromised portions of the drywalled ceiling. They worked hard, and were polite, professional and prepared. They cleaned the site throughout and left it in a good state. I was very impressed (and thankful).

The removal of the sewage water from our basement was done in a very professional way by the guys (Kyle, Grant, Chris, AJ, and Daniel) from RAM Restoration. They made sure my husband and I knew everything that they were doing throughout the entire process. Hopefully we’ll not have this problem again; however, if we do, we’ll contact RAM and ask for these guys again. They were exceptional!

Daniel and Connor were very dependable and professional in tirelessly performing the work needed to be completed from a roof leak.
