EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from an outstanding company. Definitely a 10 star company!! From the first call to Rayborn's (Mike, Debbi) everyone was so helpful at a time of crisis. I felt like I was dealing with a first rate company from the very beginning! I had a pinhole leak in my copper pipe and did not know who to call. Debbie worked wonders getting a plumber to me as fast as possible...faster than I dared hope for. Chuy came out and took care of the problem with ease. He checked other areas to ensure that everything was working as expected and even took the time to show me how I can check for myself in the future, if I am worried that I have another leak. Rayborn's Plumbing deserves 10 stars if I could give it!!! I had a LOT of misc. plumbing needs. Everyone I delt with at Rayborne's (shout out to Mike, Debi and Pete) really were amazing. I felt like I was family! Pete came out and spent hours taking care of a list of concerns with ease. He showed me what the issues were and explained what (and showed me) what was causing it and what he was doing and he even checked all other possible causes to ensure that everything was checked and taken care of. They clearly care about their customers, because it does indeed show! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rayborn's Plumbing for any plumbing related concern!!!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RAYBORN'S PLUMBING! They are overpriced and won't be able to do the job right. We had Rayborn's plumbing out twice and NEVER again! The first time was to repair a frost free outdoor faucet...the guy didn't even have replacement parts in his truck to install a new one or a basic shut off valve. The extra costs to get parts was outrageous so we had to compromise with a substandard repair that wasn't what we wanted. Unfortunately, we didn't learn the first time, and had them out again. They ended up charging us for a plumber and an apprentice for a job that should've only taken one person. Plus, again, they were not prepared with the basic plumbing supplies and charged us for multiple trips back to their shop. Then, they installed the work incorrectly, had to redo it,

Chuy did a great job on installing our new kitchen sink faucet. He was nice, very professional & cleaned up when he was finished. We've used Rayborn's several times over the years & they have always excelled. Thank you Rayborn's for having such a professional & knowledgeable staff.

Rayborn’s Plumbing (and Chuy in particular) did a great job of repairing a burst water pipe. The work was done well, promptly and at a reasonable price. I heartily recommend using them!
