Raynor Garage Doors & Gates of Lexington

I highly recommend Raynor in Lexington, Ky. I have purchased two garage door openers and one new door from the business. Their products are excellent and the service first rate. They arrive on time and get the job done efficiently and the right way. My most recent experience was a problem with the electronic safety feature. A technician was able to talk me through problem on the phone and correct it within 10 minutes.

Despite meeting jointly with the salesperson and electrician to discuss the plan for wiring, Raynor did not complete the installation as discussed and left electrical wires hanging. The door is beautiful but I would NOT recommend using them unless you are very specific in writing about what is included in the installation. So disappointed as a little effort in customer service would have remedied this.

Raynor has provided me and my family with the best service. It was a very easy process and they responded very quickly to my home. They were on time, properly prepared and had my door going in no time. Thank you Raynor.

Very good and speedy service from Raynor. They replaced the concrete pad for an electric gate. This was done during snowy conditions and was dome on schedule at a fair price.

I had the main rolling gate to my farm go down. Raynor sent out a crew almost immediately. They diagnosed the problem and even had the electronic board and fixed the problem. Serviced the gate too. The service team kept me informed and we're so very professional. I could not be happier with the company.
