Ray's Septic Service

I just had these guys come out yesterday. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and they also called again right before they showed up. Great communication and not to mention the gentleman that came out- he did a fantastic job covering the spots up in my yard. He also made sure everything worked properly before he left.

Our experience was great up until it was time to pay. I had no idea that because we live outside the Jacksonville area we would be charged almost $100 more than other customers. They also don’t inform you that they don’t take debit/ credit cards upfront. I would highly recommend making sure you know how much before they come out. Unfortunately we will not be using them again.

This guys do an amazing job. Very thorough and explained things very well. They did a great job with my septic. Highly recommend them.

My experience was great. I called in the morning and they were here at my door within a few hours. Paul was great and showed he was very knowledgeable by asking my many questions. He's top notch and I'm sure he's a valuable asset to the business. Well definitely be using them again.

Last week we had Ray's Septic Service come to our house to have our septic tank pumped. We are very grateful for Ray Jr. for the wonderful job he did!!! He was also very knowledgeable and polite and great personality and patiently answered to my questions ( my husband calls me " the questioning Finn😁"). We are highly recommending this company for all your septic service needs. This is the company we will using from now on. Thank you for being there for us and being so good at what you do. You are the best!!!
