Reader Roofing Heating and Cooling

We've had Reader out to our house in Euclid a few times over the years and have always been impressed by their service and professionalism. The latest project was an entire roof replacement. Chris Krestyan was our point of contact and his communication and management of the project was superb. We needed additional documents for our insurance claim and he quickly and accurately supplied us with everything we needed. Past projects included a new HVAC system and maintenance work. They always do great work. I highly recommend Reader for your next project.

Had several folks from Reader out at our house this week for AC and Roof repairs. Keith performed an AC repair and Fernando & Mike spent two days getting our slate roof tuned up for fall. Additionally, they added a new layer of modified bitumen to our flat roof and did a fantastic job! Thanks to the team at Reader!

I was so blessed to deal with this company when my father needed a roof on his house. They came out immediately for an estimate. Chris was prompt and courteous and explained everything. He was always available if I had questions. They came to do the work exactly when he said. The crew was courteous and did an amazing job. They cleaned up completely lately. Chris came and inspected their work. I really couldn’t be more happy with this company. They were a true blessing.

They came out to fix our AC. Determined immediately that it was a problem with our electrical breaker and said we needed an electrician. Never opened or looked at the compressor - this cost us $89. Electrician came, checked breakers and all things electrical and found nothing. He did, however, open the AC unit and did some testing. Turns out the issue was not electrical but with the capacitor. This unnecessary electrician visit cost us $199, and we still do not have the ac fixed. After all this, we thought it best to call another HVAC repair company to do the fix. No more Reader for us.

When a house inspection this past year highlighted some big concerns with the roof on our house in Strongsville we were not sure who to call. Since there were soft spots we did not know if the whole roof needed to be replaced or just sections. Fortunately a friend of mine recommend Reader. They told me it's a family business with a long history and they would be honest with what needed to be done. They got us on schedule quickly, this guy Chris came out, and was very knowledgeable. He showed us what needed to be done and as it turned out only sections had to be replaced.
