Real Wood Floors

My wife and I absolutely love our wood floors from RWF. It's a great product and a great group of people running the company. We were more than happy to replace most of the carpet in our house with a hardwood floor that fit both our needs and our budget. Having children who inherited some of my accident proneness, the hardwood is so much easier to keep clean, and it's easier on the allergies. Customer service is fantastic. I had ordered over the phone and accidentally gave the wrong color. When it arrived I realized my error and they switched it out even though it was my fault. When moving into a new house I wasn’t sure what to use on my floors. The owner of the company met me on moving day so I could start cleaning before movers moved me in. I wouldn’t use anything else but Real Clean Floors. The product smells great and makes your floors look even better.

We love our Real Wood Floors. We put them in all rooms of our house. With four kids we needed something to stand up to the traffic and wear and tear of our little ones and their stuff. That's exactly what they do. They are easy to keep clean and show little dirt. Most everyone that comes to our house says they love the look of them and all the character they give our home. We picked the Chalet Maple Tremblant. If we ever move we will use Real Wood Floors again.

We recently remodeled our home and included in that was a complete remodel of our basement. We wanted hard wood flooring in our basement but had so many say that it was impossible to a "real" wood look on concrete due to condensation. We did not want laminate as the remainder of our house was solid oak, which we also purchased from Realwood Floors years earlier. Sam and his staff were so knowledgeable about our needs and informed us that THERE IS a product that meets the specs we were needing and was indeed REAL wood with an engineered backing that is used for concrete applications. We were thrilled. Now that the remodel is finished we get the MOST compliments on our flooring in the basement than any other feature. You can't go wrong with Real Wood Floors!!!!
