Red Lion Chimney Sweep

This guy is a joke, doesn't have proper equipment to do a simple job. Went up on the roof to measure a cap and couldn't get to the peak. Tells me he is going to order a chimney cap to be installed. Then never gets back with me to tell me he can't do the job. Complete waste of time for both parties, not sure how he is still in business. Only reason I found out he had no intentions of completing the job cause I called from a different number weeks later for an update. Business advice, just tell someone you can't do the job instead of dragging them along. WHAT A JOKE!
