Red Mountain Flooring is a family owned business and by the time the job was finished we felt like we were part of the family. We looked at many different flooring materials and companies for about a year or so and couldn't make up our minds. We finally chose RM to do our whole house and while in the showroom Wiley, son of one of the owners, showed us a piece of wood look tile that we fell in love with which FINALLY ended the search. From start to finish they are a great company to work with and make every effort to make sure you are happy with the final product. Highly recommend

In getting new floors, my main concern was the installation. Big box stores farm their product out to be installed by a third parties so you never know how good or bad the installers will be! After research, I went with Red Mountain. Family owned, 30 year history, very friendly, personable and hard working. Most importantly, their crew are employees of the business, not third parties brokered out. They take responsibility for their work and you have a physical store to conduct business at. The estimator came out in a timely manner and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even came out again for us when we wanted to expand the project. Great place. We used Red Mountain a few years ago to stretch two of our bedroom carpets. Decided to check them out for new carpet for our master bedroom and closet. Owner’s son came out to measure room. Hubby and I went into store to sign contract and pay 50% deposit. We selected an in-stock carpet to get installation done as fast as possible. The carpet we selected is almost identical to original carpet. We lost power in the house Sunday and the installers still came out Monday (7/17/23) morning to install ad far as they could without power and said they would come back in the afternoon to finish once power was restored. They came back and finished the job and took off their shoes so as not to dirty new carpet. They worked in the hot house like the professionals they are. We pai
