I have used Redi Carpet for years as a property manager. They are always great to work with and I really like working with our current rep, Justin. He works to accommodate last minute changes and works within our timelines for apartment preparation. Definitely recommend.

My apartment complex suggested I contact your company to replace the carpet in my apartment. I called and left a message several months ago and no one returned my call. Today I called to discuss changing my carpet and I was told my apartment complex should call them. Why? I am paying.. My apartment complex does not want to be involved in my carpet changing and nor do i think they should be forced to. In fact they provided me with your number. In this economy you are most fortunate to have the luxury of turning away business.!

We used them as a subcontractor. They charge your card before works even start. They also damaged a customer’s interior door and refuse to repair it. We will be reporting then to DPOR, SCC, BBB, and Consumer Protection Agency. Hope this was all worth it for a $50 interior door slab repair.
