Reece Plumbing

This is a review for Reece corporate mainly. They lack alot of supplys and don't seem to get much help from corporate in regards to selections that other Reece locations have. You would think that Reece corporate would want consistency across the board. I can't even get pro press reducers for common 3/4 pipe here. It would be nice if they invested some effort into organizing and cleaning up the back and adding some air conditioning so the materials don't degrade like the O-rings and metals that oxidize. I know yall can do better. The customer service is pretty good but you can tell Reece isn't helping this location prosper even though it could with a bit of help. I hope they get some corporate help so the rest of us can get the parts we need.

I came into this location looking to solve a difficult plumbing problem and Brian, assistant manager, went above and beyond to help me. He spent time locating the part I needed to solve my problem, placed an order on my behalf, took a picture of the part I ordered so I could show my husband and all for a 30.00 order. Talk about service for a little pay off!! I was impressed and thankful for his help in a world where great customer service is hard to come by! Thank you again and again, Brian!

I needed a capacitor for my AC unit. When I called, they told me that they had the item and as I arrived at 5:05 pm they waited for me and I can't say enough good things about a great business that knows the meaning of customer service. I got my 16.77 part and got my AC up and running very quickly. I very highly recommend Morrison Suppy as their Customer Service is what you would like from every business but so often dont!! Kudos Morrison Supply for making my life a little easier is this crazy summer.

Folks are friendly and helpful, even for the novice with no account or license. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the prices are very steep. I don’t expect to get contractor pricing, but they charge 110% full price. I understand that I’m paying for convenience, especially for not having to leave Weatherford. Give them a shot, support a local company and see if you find them to be as friendly and helpful as I do.
